Map data (c)2017 GoogleCHACHOENGSAO -- The body of an unidentified man was found floating in Khlong Tha Khai, a canal supplying a water filtration plant in Muang district, early on Sunday, police said. Pol Capt Thirawachara Chuaysuk, an investigator of Muang district police station, said the body was found by local residents, who reported it to the police at about 6.30am. The canal where the body was found runs past a number of housing estates and communities in Muang district. Pol Capt Thirawachara said the body would be sent to a hospital in Ongkharak district for an autopsy. On Saturday, the body of another man was found drifting in the Bang Pakong River in tambon Bang Lao in Khlong Khuan district.
